What is included - For your arrival we will include a giftpack of goodies in the kitchen plus more:
Bathroom amenities - Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, tissues, WC paper, bin liners, hair dryer
Kitchen - basic condiments coffee pods, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder, laundry detergent, bin liners, scourer.
All bathroom towels, plus extra, pool towels, bed linen, kitchen towels
Liquid Sanitiser hand wash in all bathrooms and kitchen
Servicing of Villas
Bookings of 10 nights or more a mid-week service will be included during your stay.
Mid stay service - includes, top up of amenities, linen replaced (towels & bed linen), beds made, all floors cleaned, rubbish removed, wipe over benches, general tidy up
Daily service - Should you wish to have a daily service this will be at an extra cost to be arranged at least 48 hrs prior to book in the housekeeper - includes, top up of amenities, towels only replaced, beds made, all floors cleaned, rubbish removed, wipe over benches, general tidy up (Cost will be determined at time of booking)
Contactless & Keyless check-in
Aria Villas has security gates which can be accessed with a pin code. Front doors have a 6 digit security code for access .
The codes will be sent via email or text 24 hours prior to arrival.
Meet & Greet
On arrival if you prefer we can meet you at the Villas and assist you with access and information on the villa and Port Douglas.
Grocery shopping available
Coles Port Douglas offers a "Click and Collect – this can be done on line by following the process.
If you would like us to collect your groceries, please email/call us with the information and will pick it up for your and have it ready in the fridge before arrival.
