COVID19 Cancellation Policy- 2022/2023

Should Government imposed travel restrictions prevent you from travelling within the 60 day cancellation period then you may receive a credit for a future booking (12 months limit).

You must inform us - Elaine 0421 788 782 of your cancellation within 48 hours of the announcement of the imposed restriction. If you choose to hold your bookings whilst travel restrictions are in place then the standard cancellation policy above will apply.
If you are from or have been in a Government declared hotspot we reserve the right to cancel or deny your reservation at any time.
We suggest you give consideration to arranging travel insurance in the event that you may need to cancel or reduce the length of your stay for any reason.



Having Managed properties over the last 20 years our reputation on cleanliness was very high and it showed when Guests arrived to stay, this reputation will continue with the strictest of standards at all times.

The Housekeeping Team at Aria have stringent standards in cleaning of our apartments internally and externally, using cleaning products and protocols which are effective against viruses.

The housekeeping team apply cleaning products and disinfecting protocols to clean the apartments after Guests depart and before the next Guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high touch areas and items.

Bacterial hand washing  liquid soap is provided in all bathrooms and kitchens.

We have contactless check-in with security coded gates and front entrances however we can meet and greet our Guests wherever possible.
